This is one of the two ground-level access points for people who can't get to the roof. The final access point on the roof is right next to the previous one - just walk along the wall until you see it. Just jump down from the helipad and head to the opposite side of the gardens to locate this particular access point.

This access point is still on the roof but is located in the back of the building. This is the hardest access point to find on the roof - you need to head right immediately after coming out of the elevator and follow a small side path.
